I started Nurturer Holistic Health because I believe real wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s about listening closely—to your body, your story, and your goals—and building habits that feel good and do good. With years of experience in functional health and a whole lot of heart, I walk alongside each client as a guide, encourager, and cheerleader. My approach blends science-backed strategies with down-to-earth guidance and genuine care—because your wellbeing should support your whole life, not stress you out.

I’m a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and hold advanced training in Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine through The School of Applied Functional Medicine, but more than that—I know what it’s like to feel stuck.
My work is fueled by a deep desire to help women find peace in their bodies, confidence in their choices, and joy in everyday wellbeing.
From chronic burnout to balanced living, my own journey is what led me here. Before becoming a certified wellness consultant, I spent years chasing health in all the wrong ways—over-researching, over-restricting, and constantly burning out.
It wasn’t until I slowed down, tuned in, and studied holistic and functional health that I finally found clarity.
